Principle
Every child has the right to safe sport, to be heard and to be treated with dignity.
Two-adult practice
We plan youth activity so that responsible adults are not unnecessarily alone with one child. One-to-one coaching remains observable and appropriate.
Changing rooms
Coaches respect privacy, enter only for a clear safety reason and follow venue rules. Photography is prohibited in changing rooms.
Reporting
Tell the safeguarding contact, chairperson or another trusted board member. Immediate danger must be reported to emergency services. Concerns are recorded minimally, handled confidentially and escalated to authorities when required.
