What happens if training is cancelled?
We inform the group as early as possible through the usual member channel.
How do you prevent injuries?
Sessions use progressive teaching, warm-ups, clear spacing and coach supervision.
Can adults begin from zero?
Yes. The adult group welcomes beginners.

Applications for a reduced or waived fee are handled confidentially by the board.
How can I volunteer?
