Legal form and purpose
Uimahyppyseura Silakat ry is a registered non-profit association. Registration number 27621712. Its purpose is to provide safe, inclusive physical activity through diving, with particular public benefit in youth sport, health and community participation.

The bylaws define membership, meetings, the board and use of funds.

The meeting is held every March. Notice is sent 14 days before. Members approve reports, decide fees and elect the board. Board members disclose conflicts and do not take part in a decision where their impartiality could reasonably be questioned.
