Membership and enquiry details may include names, contact details, date of birth, guardian details, group, attendance, fee records, optional health notes, consents and necessary safeguarding records.
Purpose and legal basis
We use data to manage membership and training, meet legal obligations, protect vital interests and, where required, on consent. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Membership records are kept only as long as needed for association, accounting, insurance and legal duties. Optional health notes are reviewed regularly and removed when no longer needed.
Children and images
Guardian details are used for minors. Photo and video use requires a separate, freely given permission that may be withdrawn.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion where applicable, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent and complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are used. The site stores only your cookie-notice choice on your device.
